Stephens Pharmacy opened their doors in Hawley PA, December 2006 inside the Hawley Market IGA, Main Ave.  This opening marked the return of a local pharmacy to downtown Hawley, a void since Brown’s Pharmacy had closed years earlier.  Today Stephens Pharmacy – Hawley provides a personalized pharmacy experience where customers can still see the pharmacist and ask questions they may have.  A number of over-the-counter items are available from cough and cold to pain relief  and dental care.  We even carry the Popular Burt’s Bees line of products.  It is a great alternative to the big chain drug stores considering we also offer home delivery for seniors and home-bound customers.

Lead pharmacist and Hawley-native, Elizabeth Sanders, Pharm D, was inspired to begin a career in pharmacy after hearing Wayne W. Stephens speak at a career day at Wallenpaupack Area High School.  Pharmacy technicians Paige Corso, RN-CPhT and Laura Davis along with pharmacists Tom Osborne, RPh and Wayne R. Stephens, RPh, round out the team behind the counter and deliveries are handled by Jesse Harrison.
